Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park is located along the west side of Appleford Gate, between Bonny Brook Rd and Windflower Rd. Built on the site of a former landfill, there's a baseball diamond, two soccer fields, a basketball and volleyball court, and a playground. A network of pathways wind around the top of the former landfill.

A baseball diamond sits in the northwest corner of the park, not far from Brady Rd and the border of the city of Winnipeg. Facing west.

A volleyball court is available alongside Appleford Gate, just a little north of Rose Lake Court. Facing southwest.

The pathways diverge alongside Appleford Gate, opposite the west end of Rose Court Lake. The left branch heads south towards the playground, while the right winds its way behind the athletic fields. Facing southwest.

Visitors coming from the south can enter the park off Windflower Rd, where the pathway winds its way around the soccer field, or heads up the hill. Facing northeast.
