North River Heights

North River Heights sits between Academy Rd and Corydon Ave, bordered by the railroad tracks west of Lindsay St, and Cambridge St to the east.

There are two city parks, one attached to the River Heights site of the Corydon Community Centre:

• Cordova Park sits on the south side of Grosvenor Ave between Cordova St and Brock St, offering a playground, wading pool, and open area dotted with trees.
• The River Heights site of the Corydon Community Centre is accessible via the south side of Grosvenor Ave, at Oak St. Sharing space with River Heights School grounds, the park area offers a playground, lawn bowling club, tennis courts, several hockey rinks, and several athletic fields.
