Maybank
Maybank sits to the south of McGillivray Blvd, extending to the south end of Hudson St.
It is bordered to the west by the southwest transitway, and to the east by Pembina Hwy.
For cyclists traversing the southwest transitway, note that the pathway deviates when it hits Chevrier Blvd.
There is a short detour along Chevrier Blvd to Hudson St, where the pathway picks up again at the south end of Hudson.
There are a handful of small parks scattered throughout the neighbourhood.
- Dickson Crescent Park is a playground found on the southeast curve of Dickson Cres.
- Biscayne Bay Park is a playground found on the southeast curve of Biscayne Bay.
- Rampart Bay Park is a playground found on the southeast curve of Biscayne Bay.
- Beaumont Bay Park is a playground found on the southeast curve of Biscayne Bay.
- The Farwell Bay Greenspace is found off the northwest curve of Farwell Bay, connecting to the Southwest Transitway.
- Marshall Crescent Park is a playground found off the southwest curve of Farwell Bay, connecting to the Southwest Transitway.
- The Westridge Community Centre is found next to Ralph Maybank School grounds along Marshall Cres, along the back lane of Waller Ave. The park area features a playground and two hockey rinks.
- Belair Park is a playground and greenspace nestled in between Brisbane Ave and Belair Rd.
- The Pembina Crest Greenspace is found behind the Winnipeg Technical College, on the east side of Hudson St. The park area features a playground.
