Ridgewood South

Ridgewood South forms a long wedge to the north of Wilkes Ave, stretching from the west Perimeter Highway to the southwest corner of the Assiniboine Forest. It's bordered on the north by Harte Trail.

As of 2025, the only western-most section of the neighbourhood is developed, often marked as Ridgewood West on maps. The Ridgewood West playground is complete, but some of the surrounding residential area is still under development.

There is a single city park:

• Marj Edey Park is a secondary site of the Varsity View Community Centre, found at Ridgewood Ave and Oakdale Dr. It offers a comprehensive sports facility that includes tennis courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, and a skate park.
